At McMaster-Carr, an industrial supply company, I was a Sales Staffing and projects Supervisor in their Los Angeles office. I manage daily training, development, staffing, and scheduling for a team of over 50 people. Additionally, I work on projects aimed to help improve our customer and employee experiences. One such project was putting in place the processes to allow an office of over 250 people to begin working from home 2 times per week. Previously, I helped manage the Export, Sales Operations, and Product Help departments. I had the opportunity to learn successful management skills from a plethora of brilliant and compassionate people. It's a ~dope~ company to work for.
